Nervous-system-led Practitioner Training, CPD and supportive community for EFT Practitioners, Mindfulness Teachers, Coaches and Wellbeing Professionals who are serious about doing this work well.

Our highly qualified Trainers, deliver Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT / Tapping) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) training from Practitioner level through to Trainer programmes. 

You will learn skills you can use straight away, with teaching that is inclusive, nervous-system-led, designed to help practitioners create safer, deeper and more transformational change. 

You will not be left to figure it out alone.  We support all practitioners and trainers to work ethically, build confidence in business and keep going for the long haul, through Supervision and ongoing CPD.
